I’m doing this… project of sorts, in hopes that people will understand better what can happen in panic attacks. I know that everyone is different, and experiences anxiety and panic attacks differently, but maybe those of you who don’t get them, but want to understand what the hell is going on, will get an idea. I write these as they happen. I don’t even know what is in them when I post them. I will be doing this, because I’m concerned that I may get embarrassed and delete them, which won’t help anyone. All of these are the raw text of what I wrote while panicking. No spelling corrections, no touching or changing anything. This is what is inside my head during a panic attack.
